Sugar-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies(Diabetic)

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0. With electric mixer, cream first 7 ingredients until fluffy.
  2. In separate bowl, mix flour and baking soda.
  3. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and beat until well blended.
  4. Stir in chocolate pieces.
  5. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet which has been lightly coated with cooking spray. Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown. Yields 4 dozen cookies.
