Sugar-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies(Diabetic)
- 4 oz. diet margarine, softened
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. butter flavor salt
- 1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
- 24 pkg. granulated sugar substitute
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) dietetic milk chocolate bar, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- vegetable cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0. With electric mixer, cream first 7 ingredients until fluffy.
- In separate bowl, mix flour and baking soda.
- Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and beat until well blended.
- Stir in chocolate pieces.
- Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet which has been lightly coated with cooking spray. Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown. Yields 4 dozen cookies.
