Italian Baked Beans
- 6 ounces pepperoni, cliced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 12 ounces tomato paste
- 8 ounces mushrooms, undrained
- 12 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 64 ounces pork and beans
- 12 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- In Dutch oven cook the pepperoni, green pepper and onion in butter until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in tomato paste, mushrooms, seasonings and beans, mix well.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
