Mustard Based Central South Carolina BBQ Sauce

  1. Combine ingredients and set aside.
  2. Grill meat (do not add anything).
  3. During the last 4-10 minutes baste with this sauce.
  4. Boil the remaining sauce and spoon 2 tablespoons onto each plate, adding the meat portion.
