Deep Fried Turkey Recipe

  1. Mix crab boil with 36 ounces water and inject into turkey with needle and syringe.
  2. Mix together 1/4 c. each black pepper, white pepper, red pepper, garlic pwdr, onion pwdr, celery salt and meat tenderizer.
  3. Coat turkey well inside and out.
  4. Chill overnight.
  5. Heat 3 gallons peanut oil "or possibly sufficient to cover turkey" in a 5 gallon or possibly larger pot.
  6. Heat oil to 325 degrees.
  7. Then slowly immerse turkey into oil.
  8. Keep at 300-325 degrees.
  9. Cook for 5 min per lb..
  10. Drain, let cold 15 min.
  11. Slice and serve.
