City Bakery'S Burgers(Veggie Burgers)

  1. In a 10-12 inch nonstick frying pan over medium heat, cook onion and garlic in butter, stirring often, until onion is golden; about 8 minutes.
  2. Add cumin and ginger; stir for 1 minute.
  3. Add mushrooms, potatoes, carrots and chopped cilantro.
  4. Stir often until carrots are tender to bite, about 7 minutes.
  5. Add flour and stir for 3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  7. Then mix in eggs and bread crumbs.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
