Fried Cauliflower

  1. Toss cauliflower, rice flour and turmeric together.
  2. {Shake them all in a plastic bag}.
  3. Shake off excess.
  4. Heat oil to 180 C.
  5. Fry cauliflower in batches till golden - 4 - 5 minutes.
  6. Drain on paper towel, season and serve.
