San Francisco Chicken Recipe
- 1 box brown wild rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of parsley soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. almond slivers
- 1 whole chicken, skinned & split
- Parmesan cheese
- Mix soups, lowfat milk, rice, almonds and put 2/3rds of this in a 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish.
- Put in chicken and cover with remaining soup mix.
- Sprinkle generously with cheese.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs covered.
