Salmon Quiches

  1. Cook sausage; crumble, drain well and set aside.
  2. Spread bread with butter; cut into cubes.
  3. Place bread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with sausage; top with cheese.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients; beat well.
  6. Pour over sausage, cheese and bread.
  7. Chill at least 8 hours.
  8. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
  9. Serve immediately.
  10. Makes 6 servings.
