Marinade For Shish Kabobs Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. grnd pepper
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
- Blend all ingredients in a blender.
- Store tightly covered, in refrigerator, till ready to use.
