Grilled Salmon with Cucumber Raita

  1. Place a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Drizzle the salmon with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes per side, until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
  4. Meanwhile, stir together the yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, mint, cumin, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl to combine.
  5. Season with salt, to taste.
  6. Spoon the sauce over the salmon fillets and serve.
