Melty Feta and Roasted Red Pepper Sandwiches

  1. Preheat the oven to 500.
  2. Arrange the focaccia on a large baking sheet and spread each slice with 1 tablespoon of the ajvar.
  3. Scatter the feta on top.
  4. Bake in the upper third of the oven for about 7 minutes, until the focaccia is crisp and the cheese is soft.
  5. Sprinkle the dill over the cheese and close the sandwiches.
  6. Cut in half and serve.
