Salmon Patties

  1. Heat skillet on medium high and add vegetable oil.
  2. Mix egg, milk, and seasonings in a bowl.
  3. Drain the salmon and add it to the bowl, breaking up the salmon into bite size flakes.
  4. Add breadcrumbs and mix together.
  5. Shape salmon into palm sized patties.
  6. Place each one in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness (I like mine crispy).
  7. Flip and repeat on other side.
