Double Peanut Cookie Bars
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter flavored chips
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped Spanish peanuts (I use dry roasted)
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Put margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Melt in oven.
- Remove as soon as melted.
- Stir crumbs into margarine and spread evenly on bottom of pan; press.
- Pour condensed milk evenly over crumbs.
- Sprinkle peanut chips as evenly as possible over pan.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over peanut butter chips.
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts, pressing gently into mixture.
- Bake 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Chill at least an hour before cutting.
