Broiled Salmon with a Crispy Parmesan Topping

  1. Pour dressing over salmon in shallow dish.
  2. Refrigerate 20 min.
  3. to marinate.
  4. Heat broiler.
  5. Remove salmon from marinade; discard marinade.
  6. Place salmon on rack of broiler pan or in shallow baking pan.
  7. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 5 min.
  8. or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
  9. Meanwhile, steam green beans.
  10. Combine cracker crumbs and cheese; sprinkle over salmon.
  11. Broil 1 min.
  12. or until crumb topping is golden brown.
  13. Serve with beans.
