Italian Macaroni Salad
- 4 ounces dry pasta (small macaroni, shell, etc)
- 14 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 cup cream-style cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 12 cup celery, diced
- 14 cup green pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon green onion, sliced
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.
- While still hot, toss with Italian dressing; let stand 30 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and chill.
- Cooking time does not include chill time.
