Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Delight Recipe
- 1/2 c. applesauce or possibly crushed pineapple
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. white flour
- 1/2 c. wheat flour
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 3/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. mini chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix ingredients together.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
- Yield: 2 1/2 c..
- Serving Size: 1 cookie.
- Exchanges: 3/4 bread, 1/2 fat.
