Gin and Tonic With Bitters and Orange
- 2 ounces London Dry-style gin
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Tonic water to top
- Ribbon of orange peel, for garnish
- Fill a highball glass with ice and add gin and simple syrup.
- Top with tonic water and add orange bitters.
- Garnish with a ribbon of orange; let it drop into the glass.
