Thai Grilled Beef
- 1 pound beef eye of round
- 1/2 cup Thai Beef Marinade (see recipe)
- Place the meat in a bowl and coat with the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Grill or broil, browning all sides, until rare to medium rare, about 25 minutes.
