Brownie Hot Fudge Sundaes Recipe
- 1 pkt Duncan Hines brownie mix family size
- 1/2 gal Mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 8 ounce Cold Whip, thawed
- 20 whl maraschino cherries
- 6 ounce Semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 14 ounce Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease bottom of 13 x 9 pan.
- Prepare, bake and cold brownie mix according to directions.
- Cold completely.
- Cut into 20 servings.
- For fudge sauce, combine chocolate chips, butter, condensed lowfat milk and vanilla extract in medium saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix is warm and slightly thickened.
- For each serving, place brownie on plate.
- Top with scoop of ice cream and dollop of cold whip.
- Garnish with cherry.
