Basic Muffins And Biscuits Recipe
- 9 c. Flour, sifted
- 1/3 c. Baking Pwdr, double acting
- 1 c. Nonfat Dry Lowfat milk plus
- 2 Tbsp. Nonfat Dry Lowfat milk
- 4 tsp Salt
- 1 3/4 c. Vegetable Shortening
- Stir baking pwdr, dry lowfat milk and salt into the sifted flour.
- Sift all dry ingredients together till well mixed.
- Cut or possibly mix fat into flour mix utnil all particles are thouroughly coated and mix esembels coarse cornmeal.
- Sotre fold in a jar or possibly can with a tight lid.
