Chive and Navy Bean Dip

  1. In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add beans, chives and peanuts and cook, stirring, until chives are bright green and soft.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add salt and vinegar.
  5. Transfer to a food processor and process until smooth.
