Baked Mochi Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
  3. Add in water and coconut lowfat milk gradually till well mixed.
  4. Add in vanilla and a few drops of food color.
  5. Pour into greased 9- by 13 inch pan.
  6. Cover tightly with foil.
  7. Place pan in center of oven.
  8. Bake for one hour.
  9. Uncover and cold for several hrs.
  10. Cut into 40 squares.
