White Chocolate Carrots
- 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate
- few drops orange food coloring
- 20 fresh strawberries
- Melt chocolate as directed on package; stir in food coloring.
- Reserve 2 Tbsp.
- chocolate; spoon into small resealable plastic bag.
- Reserve for later use.
- Dip strawberries, 1 at a time, in remaining chocolate, turning to completely coat each berry.
- Gently shake off excess chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- or until chocolate is firm.
- Cut small piece off one bottom corner of plastic bag; use to pipe reserved chocolate onto strawberries to resemble photo.
- Refrigerate 15 min.
- or until chocolate is firm.
