Deviled Ham Salad on Marbled Rye Bread

  1. Chop ham in a food processor or with a food chopper until finely chopped.
  2. Transfer to a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Stir in mayonnaise, jalapeno, mustard and paprika and season with hot sauce and salt to taste.
  4. Spread half of the pieces of bread with deviled ham mixture.
  5. Top with sprouts and top each with other bread slice.
  6. Tastes great on whole wheat bread with a slice of cheddar cheese, too!
