Chocolate Mousse Pie

  1. Place chocolate in top of double boiler and melt.
  2. Add Grand Marnier or orange juice; stir.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. In blender, beat egg yolks and eggs for 2 minutes.
  5. Add sugar; continue to blend on medium to high speed until smooth and creamy.
  6. Pour into mixing bowl.
  7. Fold in whipped cream, then melted chocolate mixture.
  8. Pour into pie plate and cover.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  10. Garnish.
  11. Serves 6.
