Frozen Chocolate Dessert
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 12 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 14 cup sugar
- 13 cup butter
- beat cream with chocolate syrup and vanilla.
- beat egg whites stiff.
- add 1 cup sugar slowly.
- fold in yolks 1 at time.
- fold in whipped cream SLOWLY.
- in 9x13 pan combine crumbs and sugar and butter saving some for top press in bottom.
- pour filling into pan
- sprinkle crumbs on top
- put in freezer for at least 3 hours after frozen cover with wax paper.
