Turkey, Corn and Mushroom Niblets
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 3-58 ounces, weight Extra-Lean Ground Turkey
- 4- 1/2 ounces, weight Mushrooms, Cleaned And Diced Into The Size Of Corn Niblets
- 1- 1/2 cup Corn, Fresh Or Canned, Drained If Canned
- 13 teaspoons Salt
- 13 cups Water
- 1 Tablespoon Scallions, Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons White Pepper
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add turkey and stir-fry ground turkey with a dash of salt, breaking the turkey apart, until browned.
- Remove turkey from the skillet and set aside.
- Add mushrooms into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, then tip in the corn and stir fry for another minute.
- Add salt and 1/3 cup water and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the water has evaporated.
- Turn heat up to high, add pork back into the skillet and stir-fry a little more.
- Add scallions, white pepper and toss to incorporate.
