Honey Baked Chicken with Baked Brown Rice
- 1- 1/2 cup Brown Rice
- 2- 1/2 cups Water
- 2 teaspoons Butter (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 whole Chicken Legs
- 13 cups Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Prepared Mustard
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- For the rice, combine the rice, water, butter, and salt in a 2-quart baking dish.
- Bake at 350F for an hour and a half.
- For the chicken, place the chicken in a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
- Mix the honey, butter, mustard, curry, and salt and pour over the chicken.
- Bake at 350F for about and hour and a half, basting 3 or 4 times with the pan juices.
- Serve with the rice, And dont forget to pour some of those delicious pan juices over everything!
