Orange Chicken
- 1 lb. chicken breasts
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 piece dried hot pepper
- 1 tsp. cooking wine
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. fresh orange skin, minced
- 1 tsp. dried orange skin, minced and soaked in water to make it soft
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. diced spring onion
- 1/4 tsp. sesame oil
- Slice the chicken into 1 1/2-inch long slices.
- Mix with the salt.
- Saute in oil on high until chicken is crispy.
- Add pepper, ginger, cooking wine, orange skins, sugar and soy sauce.
- Cook over high heat until all the juice is gone.
- Add spring onion and sesame oil.
- Stir and take off the heat.
- It is ready to serve.
