Ham One Dish Meal Recipe
- 3 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
- 1 c. thinly sliced carrots
- 2 c. diced cooked ham
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine potatoes, onions, carrots and ham, place in 9 x 13 inch greased pan.
- Blend together the flour, soup, lowfat milk and pepper in a saucepan and cook, stirring constantly till mix boils.
- Pour over vegetables and ham.
- Cover and bake 1 hour.
- Remove.
- Makes 8 to 10 servings.
