Potato Dumplings Recipe

  1. Rice the potatoes.
  2. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, salt and pepper.
  3. Combine riced potatoes, flour mix, onion, bread crumbs, butter and egg.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Shape into 12 small balls and dredge lightly with flour.
  6. Chill.
  7. Drop dumplings into boiling salted water.
  8. Cover and boil 15 min.
