Easy Vanilla Extract

• 2 vanilla beans
• 12 cup brandy
• 14 cup water

1. Cut vanilla beans lenghtwise and then chop.
2. Combine beans and other ingredients in jar and set aside for 3 days.
3. This is too easy :).
