A.M. Gorp Recipe

• 1/2 c. round toasted oat cereal
• 1/2 c. bite-sized square wheat cereal
• 1/2 c. crunchy corn bran cereal
• 1 Tbsp. dry banana chips
• 1 Tbsp. dry cranberries
• 1 Tbsp. raisins

1. Serves 1
2. Combine all in a small food storage bag.
3. NOTES : I love this stuff, but am stunned which it has so much fat in it.
4. All the cereals have less than 1 gram of fat at 1 c., so the fat is coming from the banana chips.
5. Why do they have fat in them
