Alaska Halibut Royale Recipe

  1. Combine wine and salt; pour over halibut.
  2. Marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
  3. Drain halibut on paper towels; dip both sides in breadcrumbs.
  4. Place halibut in shallow buttered baking dish.
  5. Combine lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise and green onions; spread over halibut.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min per inch of thickness, measured at the thickest part, or possibly till halibut flakes when tested with a fork.
  8. This recipe yields 4 servings.
