Beer Meatballs
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups corn flakes
- 1 egg
- 12 ounces beer (divided)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 1 (2 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 1 cup water
- Combine first 9 ingredients, but only half of the beer.
- Form into small balls and brown in oil.
- Sprinkle soup mix over meatballs and remaining beer and water.
- Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
- Serve or rice or noodles.
