Mango Gelatin

  1. Place gelatin and water in saucepan.
  2. Heat for 1 min until gelatin is disolved.
  3. Place mangoes sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, lime juice and gelatin mixture in blender, blend u til smooth.
  4. Spray 6 to 8 dessert cups with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Pour mixture into cups; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Garnish with mango pieces and mint.
