Mango Gelatin
- 2 envelope 7g each unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 24 oz mangoes, drained, 1 slice reserved and cut into 6 to 8 pieces
- 1 can 14 oz Nestle La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- Place gelatin and water in saucepan.
- Heat for 1 min until gelatin is disolved.
- Place mangoes sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, lime juice and gelatin mixture in blender, blend u til smooth.
- Spray 6 to 8 dessert cups with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pour mixture into cups; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Garnish with mango pieces and mint.
