Vickie's Caesar Salad Recipe
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 bunches romaine lettuce
- 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can anchovies
- 1 egg boiled for 60 seconds
- 1/2 c. croutons
- Combine all ingredients except for the cheese, croutons, egg, and lettuce, in a blender.
- Pour over lettuce and mix well.
- Break egg over salad and toss.
- Finally add in croutons and cheese and toss lightly.
