Pickled Pigs Feet Recipe

  1. Mix all together and bring to the boiling point.
  2. Take clean feet which have been cut in half.
  3. Cover with water, put 1 Tbsp.
  4. salt and cook just till tender.
  5. Pack in clean jars to within 1/2 inch from top with boiling vinegar.
  6. Put cap on screwing band down firmly tight.
  7. Process jars in water bath for 90 min.
