Pickled Pigs Feet Recipe
- 2 quarts. vinegar
- 1 sm. red pepper
- 2 tbsp. grated horseradish
- 1 teaspoon whole black pepper
- 1 teaspoon whole allspice
- 1 bay leaf
- Mix all together and bring to the boiling point.
- Take clean feet which have been cut in half.
- Cover with water, put 1 Tbsp.
- salt and cook just till tender.
- Pack in clean jars to within 1/2 inch from top with boiling vinegar.
- Put cap on screwing band down firmly tight.
- Process jars in water bath for 90 min.
