citrus turkey

  1. preheat oven to 325f.
  2. clean out neck n giblets out of turkey.rinse and place on rack inside roasting pan.
  3. pat dry your turkey with paper towel.
  4. stuff your turkey w/ onion,lemon, orange, and seasoning sprigs.
  5. tie turkey legs together.
  6. rub turkey with the oil, and season w/ salt, pepper, and herbe de Provence.
  7. add 1 cup of water to your roasting pan.cover, and bake as long as directed for the size of turkey you use.
  8. I baked mine for 3 1/2 hrs.
