Stromboli

  1. Let dough rise in a warm place until doubled.
  2. Punch down. Roll loaves together into one 15 x 12-inch rectangle.
  3. Layer ham and pepperoni on half of the dough (lengthwise).
  4. Sprinkle with onion and green pepper.
  5. Top with 1/4 cup of pizza sauce.
  6. Layer Mozzarella, cappicola, salami and Provolone over sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with basil, oregano, garlic powder and pepper.
  8. Spread another 1/4 cup of pizza sauce on top.
  9. Fold plain half of dough over filling and seal edges well.
  10. Place on a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
  11. Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter.
  12. Heat the remaining pizza sauce and serve with sliced stromboli.
