Asian Slaw Hamburger

  1. In a medium bowl, using clean hands, blend together the beef, soy sauce and green onion.
  2. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. Cook on indoor or outdoor grill until done (160 degrees).
  4. While burgers are cooking combine mayonnaise and barbecue sauce in a small bowl to make the aioli.
  5. Construct the burger: Slather 1 tablespoon of bbq aioli on the bottom pretzel bun, top with cheese, hamburger, and 1/8 cup of Crunchy Asian Broccoli Slaw.
  6. Finish with the top bun and enjoy!
