Asian Slaw Hamburger
- 1 lb. ground chuck Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. finely sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Original or Thick & Spicy Barbecue Sauce
- 4 KRAFT Big Slice Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 1/2 cup Crunchy Asian Broccoli Coleslaw
- 4 pretzel buns
- In a medium bowl, using clean hands, blend together the beef, soy sauce and green onion.
- Shape into 4 patties.
- Cook on indoor or outdoor grill until done (160 degrees).
- While burgers are cooking combine mayonnaise and barbecue sauce in a small bowl to make the aioli.
- Construct the burger: Slather 1 tablespoon of bbq aioli on the bottom pretzel bun, top with cheese, hamburger, and 1/8 cup of Crunchy Asian Broccoli Slaw.
- Finish with the top bun and enjoy!
