Beer Batter
- 12 cup beer
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Dip fresh shrimp, mushrooms or veggies.
- Put on flat pan and chill for one hour.
- Deep fry.
