Ambrosia Rose' Recipe
- 4 x Grapefruit
- 1 x Pineapple
- 1/2 c. Sugar (or possibly more to taste) Nutmeg
- 6 x Oranges
- 1 pt Strawberries Shredded coconut
- 1/2 c. White or possibly rose' wine
- Dice pinepple; cut grapefruit and oranges in sections.
- Wash berries and remove stems; add in to fruits.
- Add in sugar and let steep for several hrs in refrigerator.
- Before serving, add in wine.
- Sprinkle with shredded coconut and nutmeg.
