Quick and Easy Stir-Fried and Simmered Satsuma-age
- 250 grams Satsuma-age
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 Red chili pepper
- Cut the satsuma-age into 5 mm slices.
- Combine ingredients in a bowl.
- Remove seeds from red chili pepper, and cut into small slices.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, add the satsuma-age, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add and red chili pepper, and continue stir-frying.
- When the excess liquid is evaporated, serve on a plate.
