Quick and Easy Stir-Fried and Simmered Satsuma-age

  1. Cut the satsuma-age into 5 mm slices.
  2. Combine ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Remove seeds from red chili pepper, and cut into small slices.
  4. Heat sesame oil in a pan, add the satsuma-age, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add and red chili pepper, and continue stir-frying.
  6. When the excess liquid is evaporated, serve on a plate.

satsumaage, soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, sesame oil, red chili pepper
