Asparagus and Corn Salad

  1. This time I used double-roasted, freshly ground packaged sesame seeds.
  2. Some of the seeds are still intact, so retains texture.
  3. Peel the hard part of the asparagus and cut off a bit of the bottom.
  4. Boil the asparagus and cool in cold water.
  5. Cut it diagonally.
  6. Mix the dressing ingredients together, and add the asparagus and corn.
