Oh-So-Easy Cheese Log

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients.
  2. Shape into log; wrap in plastic wrap.
  3. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  4. Unwrap log; roll in nuts.
  5. Firmly press nuts into log to secure.
