Garlicky Potatoes

  1. Bring chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes; drain, reserving broth.
  3. Stir in garlic, cream and 1 to 2 tablespoons broth; mash until creamy.
  4. Blend in sour cream, chives, salt and butter.
  5. Heat through and serve.
