Salmon Meuniere with Balsamic Sauce

  1. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and coat with flour on both sides of the salmon.
  2. Cut the vegetables (I used zucchini and bell peppers!)
  3. Heat butter in a pan, and fry the salmon.
  4. In the open space, add the vegetables sprinkled with salt and pepper.
  5. When the salmon is cooked, add 2 tablespoons of white wine and evaporate.
  6. After cooking the salmon and vegetables, remove from the pan.
  7. In the same pan, pour in the remaining 1 tablespoon of white wine, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
  8. Simmer to make the sauce.
  9. Serve them onto a plate, and it's done.
