Salmon Meuniere with Balsamic Sauce
- 3 slice Raw salmon
- 1 Vegetables (use your favourite ones)
- 1 Plain flour
- 1 Butter
- 3 tbsp total White wine
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and coat with flour on both sides of the salmon.
- Cut the vegetables (I used zucchini and bell peppers!)
- Heat butter in a pan, and fry the salmon.
- In the open space, add the vegetables sprinkled with salt and pepper.
- When the salmon is cooked, add 2 tablespoons of white wine and evaporate.
- After cooking the salmon and vegetables, remove from the pan.
- In the same pan, pour in the remaining 1 tablespoon of white wine, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- Simmer to make the sauce.
- Serve them onto a plate, and it's done.
