Mocha Cookie Pudding Pops
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 Tbsp. Maxwell House Instant Coffee Original Roast
- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 2 Oreo Cookies, finely chopped
- 4 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- Beat vanilla pudding mix with milk and coffee granules with whisk 2 min.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Spoon into 6 paper cups.
- Insert wooden pop stick or plastic spoon in centre of each cup.
- Freeze 5 hours or until firm.
- Remove frozen pops from cups just before serving; discard cups.
- Place chopped Oreo Cookies on plate.
- Melt chocolate as directed on package; pour into small measuring cup or custard cup.
- Dip each pop halfway into chocolate; press and roll pops on chopped cookies; place on waxed paper-covered tray.
- Let stand 2 min.
- or until chocolate is firm.
