Asparagus With Hollandaise

• 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
• 12 cup prepared hollandaise sauce
• black pepper

1. In a pot of rapidly boiling salted water, blanch asparagus.
2. Drain and transfer to a serving dish.
3. Top with Hollandaise and season to taste with pepper.
